The California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and the Colorado Privacy Act ("CPA") (collectively, "state law") grant their state residents certain privacy rights, in addition to the information contained in Turn Times' online Privacy Policy. Turn Times is licensed in California and Colorado. We adopt this privacy policy to comply with the CCPA and CPA, and it applies solely to persons who reside in those states ("consumer" or "you").
